GRINDING OF CYLINDRICAL AND CONICAL HOLES

We have automatic machines for grinding cylindrical and conical holes. The technologies are mainly used in our aviation production, where great emphasis is placed on maximum precision. We have long-term experience especially with grinding holes of gear wheels and bearing housings for aviation production and with finishing work for components for arms production.

Our most frequently used materials are steel and cast iron. We also have experience with bronze.

We assess production and price calculations based on the submitted drawings.

Maximum grinding length: 80 mm (the length of the ground hole depends on the hole diameter).

Maximum diameter of the ground hole: 80 mm

Minimum diameter of the ground hole: 10 mm (after assessing drawings, we are also able to grind holes in sizes from 7 mm).
